Link appearing after dashboard footer

Hi all,

Please note, I have put my website as “under construction” due to this problem. On my dashboard on this site, it usually ends with the same old “Thank you for creating with WordPress. Version 4.8.1.”

However recently, another line has appeared below with another link (I did not add this).
When I view the dashboard source file in html, I can clearly see the link:

I have tried to find a way to remove it, or change the dashboard’s html source file (which I cannot find). Please help! It appears at the bottom of my website (which I do not want), and apparently sometimes automatically causes redirects on browsers.
