Link account and publicize to wrong user G profile
-
Hi,
My blog has two users with admin role. When either of us tries to link account with wordpress.com, the another user sees the following message under setting->sharingTo use Publicize, you’ll need to link your Development | Fellow Tuts account to your WordPress.com account using the link below.
If you don’t have a WordPress.com account yet, you can sign up for free in just a few seconds.
Link account with WordPress.com
If the user who gets the message, tries to link account to wordpress.com then the first user sees same message.
Still Jetpack works (shows WP.com stats, related posts appear) except the following issue in publicize module:
Regardless of Post author, all posts always publicize to the G+ profile of user who is successfully connected to wordpress.com account.
Where as publicize settings under post editor above publish button displays correct settings.
You can see all those here. (check screenshots)
My domain is https://fellowtuts.com
All the posts urls mentioned below are posts written by me but I was facing the message (which I noticed later) and posts were publishing to G+ profile of another (wordpress.com was also connected with him at that period):
