Link a video to a QR code?

  • I’m trying to put a QR code on a business card. When the QR code is scanned I need a video to play full screen on the iphone / android. How would I go about setting up a code or putting a plugin for this?

  • This is not about wordpress my friend.

    1) Upload your video to youtube.
    2) Get the link eg-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwX8jQ78wuw
    3) change your link to following format https://youtube.googleapis.com/v/nwX8jQ78wuw
    4) Generate a QR to that link (https://qrcode.kaywa.com/)
    5) Print it and viola, You are done.

    I think this may help you. If you want to make it changing. make a html file and create the QR to that link. Use HTML redirect function to that page to direct your visitors to this video link

    Thank you, but what I need is it to be played on my website not through youtube. Is there any kind of plug in that will play in full screen on a phone like youtube?

    I don’t think there is a video plugin available. Wait and will see what others are saying.
