Link a company to multiple user accounts

To give you an example, some companies have multiple recruiters that will be posting and managing jobs, but currently the only way to post jobs for a company is to use a single user account by multiple persons (recruiters) otherwise the job oppenings will be either posted without linking to a company, or each recruiter will have to create another company page(practically we’ll get clones of the same company on the site).

Is there a way to give multiple users access to the same company listing ? so that whenever they will create a new job listing it will be linked to the same company page ?

For example the website admin can assign the rights to the company page to multiple users based on demand.

If this requires many changes to the code, I’m happy pay the custom code to make this work as needed.
