I’ve been having an issue with the plugin rewriting incorrectly as well as deleting all the lines of codes in the htaccess file. Do you guys have a solution to this? I pray you guys do. There was one point it replaced some of it’s own code with red dots. Only God knows how these 404s kills time and readership.

    Hello @akimernest

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
W3 Total Cache does note delete lines in the .htaccess. It adds the rewrite rules depending on the settings in the W3 Total Cache plugin (Browser Cache, Page Cache, CDN…)
Make sure you are not using any other caching solution. Also, make sure that you are not using server-side caching or any server directives.

    Hello @akimernest

You should completely remove W3 Total Cache and see if the issue persists.
As I can see you are also using Cloudflare and I can see cf-edge-cache which overrides any existing headers so possibly that might be the case. If you are overriding the headers make sure to disable W3 Total Cache Browser Cache to avoid any conflict.
    Thanks!
