• OK, first, here’s a link to my site: https://jvovoice.com/

Now, I am using the html5blank-master theme. In the 2 tables on the left, you’ll see most of the contents in italics. The only way for me to avoid the extra space between the “headers” and the bullet points underneath was to use the address style, which automatically italicizes the text. I don’t want italics at all in the tables and I would like to get ride of the extra space between the headers and the bullet points. Seems like it should be easy, but I can’t wrap my head around it.

  • Why are you using tables for layout – that’s really not good practice at all for a number of reasons (google will help you with that if you’re so inclined).

In this case, it’s next to impossible to control the layout and appearance of the tables – but it would be quite easy with CSS.

Using the wrong HTML tag for an element is also not good practice – search engines will think that should be an address??

Your tables have tons of inline CSS – so it’s tedious and hard to change all that.

I think you need to redo that page to get what you are after.

Could you point me in the right direction then, if it’s so easy?

So I ask a question about line spacing and your advice is that I can’t do anything about it, that my website sucks, and I need to start over?
