Line height and color – difficulty in adjustment

Hi I cannot find any setting to adjust the spacing between lines: https://prnt.sc/-Gg0ITwqa8hf.
With the line height, I have adjusted the padding, did not work, so I guess might need to have some custom CSS to edit this.
With the color, I customized the dropdown and label color already, but it doesn’t look like the preview color, and I couldn’t find that color in the settings.
Please guide me through how to solve this. Thank you!
