Line spacing after a list

In a regular paragraph block, I figured out that I can use “shift return” to create an extra line after the paragraph. However, this DOES NOT WORK to create an extra line after a list.

How can I create an extra line after a list?

I’ve tried using the spacer at the smallest setting, but it’s a tad too much space. If the spacer block’s lowest setting could be adjusted to match a typical line space, this would be a workable solution.

Please help.
