Does that theme come with a section within the dashboard named something similar to, “Custom CSS” or “Custom Styles”, or are you using a Child Theme?

Coincidentally, I’ve just created a child theme.

Within your Child Theme style.css file, try reducing the margin top of .entry-content, e.g;

.entry-content {
 margin-top: 0;
}
