Line of X's after making changes following hack

Hi,

following my site being hacked (redirection to indoforextrading.com), and an update of wordpress and all tables relevant to this, there is a line of text added to the page as can be seen as attached (all the x’s) https://www.stephengeraghtydesign.com.

Checked the php files, no mention of this text anywhere.

Has anyone come across this problem before?
