I have been looking at the code in SublimeText and from what I can see the warning is text that is typed into each page rather than a warning being generated for each page.
On the page https://liahonahomebuilders.com/about/ the code is typed in as text on line 154. Though it does appear on a slightly different line on each page.
It appears that it is in the source code. I would recommend editing the text on each page (do hold a backup of how it is at the moment just in case!), this should solve the issue for you.
]]>@krisjl, This is a PHP error and is generated dynamically. It is not a static line of text found in a template.
]]>I really, really don’t want to switch themes, so how do I remove this? And how do I get the formatting to be the way it was before? For instance, on the home page, those 3 sections and 3 pictures were a lot smaller and all in a horizontal row. Now they are much bigger and vertical.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, it sounds like you’ll need to re-check some of the theme options. As I don’t know what options were on before I can’t help with the specifics, but switching themes can be the cause for some settings to become reset.
