LIne numbers in *.po files

    Hello!
    In po localization files I’ve noticed references like:
    #: wp-admin/user-edit.php:201

    201 is the line number. But does it have to be correct? Should “Admin Color Scheme” (in that case) be exactly on line 201?

    I’ve tried to change wp-admin/user-edit.php and translation still displayed correct.
    So it doesn’t matter? Or…?
