Line numbering not working correctly

When Crayon is configured to disable line numbering (Settings > Lines > Display line numbers by default is unchecked), it doesn’t work correctly if you have multiple code listings in a tabbed interface.

It will only disable the line numbering on the active tab being shown, and the mechanism that it’s using to hide the line numbers can also cause the brief display “glitch” (you see the line numbers briefly as the page loads, and then they’re hidden). An example of this can be found at:

I presume this is some funky interaction between Crayon and Visual Composer (which is what creates the tabbed interface), but IIRC this only started showing up since the last update to Crayon.
