If I define my own template for email notifications, how can I insert line feeds? I tried
as well as \r\n, but nothing works.
    Thanks for any clue.

I just tested the “Email Alert Message” setting, tried adding a
tag and it worked fine. Is that not happening on your site?

    No it isn’t. If I add a
tag, this is just deleted, and the second line is positioned right after the first line.
Do I just have to insert
, or any additional things like % or so as well?

Just gave it another try, now it works. Wonder what went wrong before …
    Thanks anyway …

Nope just entering any basic HTML directly should work. For example, I tried adding
,
, , , and it saved correctly. It could be that there is something else at play, do you have any other plugins active that may be having an effect?

Oh ok thanks for the update, glad you got it sorted.

Feel free to post again with any questions, etc. Glad to help anytime.
