    2. PHP version
    3. Easy Panorama version
    4. Link to theme page, if exists
    5. List of plugins used

    What happens if you switch to the Twenty-seventeen theme?

    Hello,
    I don’t need user and password, please delete them from the previous post.

    I saw the page, doesn’t contain any panorama shortcode, why do you think the error is related to easy panorama?

    Have you tried to deactivate the easy panorama plugin? Is the error still there?

    HI,
    when I disable the plugin there is no error, The link is below and contains the shortcode with no pic in it, shortcode is breaking the page (user and pass) is required for you to view the page s its under construction

    sorry, I’m confused:

    The link is below and contains the shortcode with no pic in it

    Did you select an image in the Media window?
    The shortcode should look like this:
    [easy_panorama id="MEDIA_ID_NUMBER"]
