Line breaks not working

    I am trying to separate text on three lines a date, time, and type line. I am using <br /> but it is not producing the line breaks. I have found that I can use a bunch of   (Those are spaces &.#160) but that is not optimal.

    Any ideas? Amy I using this wrong?
