Line Breaks in Descriptions

    Hi,

    I’ve configured both facebook and google shopping feeds however in both cases the product description displays as one long block of text. In woocommerce the descriptions have been formatted with line breaks to make them readable but this doesn’t seem to translate into the feeds.

    Am I doing something wrong ?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Most marketing channels do not allow any shortcodes, HTML or linebreaks in the data provided to them. That is why our plugin, by default, removes all of those. Unfortunately this is not something that can be changed.

    Hi Steve,

    We have just pushed out a new version of the plugin that removes nothing from the (short) description attributes. All you have to do is update the plugin to the latest version and use one of these attributes in the field mapping:

    Thanks for this, I’ll give it a go !

    I had one more question but probably should raise another ticket?

    How do I change the time the feeds auto generate. I’d like them to generate overnight, 2am for example ?

    Unfortunately it is not possible to change these refresh intervals.
