Line breaks in blog titles and headlines

When I write headllines for my blog posts, they skip to another line when there are too many words for the column (I’m running a three column alyout with a wide center column). That’s fine. The problem is I want to force the place that it breaks — to insert a manual line break into the headline si it divides the lines of the ehadlines where I want to. I also want, if possible to do this in visual rather than HTML, but i will do HTML if need be.
