    Thanks for reaching out!

    www.remarpro.com automatically closes threads older than 6 months. Unfortunately we hadn’t gotten back to that user prior to their thread being closed. We are far more active in our support forums now.

    I do agree it would be super helpful. I’ve made a note of this implementation and we’ll keep it on our radar as we plan out our roadmap for the future.

    We appreciate the reminder about that suggestion! It’s always helpful to get insights from our users.
