Line Breaks Disappearing from Text Area on Contact Form

  • The form was working well but since few months I receive all the text in one line in my emails. How can I fix this quickly ?

    Hi,

    I’ve made some tests and I really don’t understant what’s wrong. The mail I receive from the form as no lines break but the person who fill the form receive a confirmation of the sent form perfectly.
    I’ve done the last update, validate the form again, try to duplicate it but still the issue. It happened months ago without doing anything. We have an other similar form on a different page and it is working.

    What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?

    To protect personal data, hiding email addresses in the settings or replacing them with dummy addresses is strongly advised. You can also include screenshots.

    Can you see it here ? We have exactly the same configuration with an other form and it works well. But not this one. So strange. As said, we have done nothing. It was working and suddenly not working anymore

    Avoid using <tt>. It is obsolete.
