limiting user to take the quiz

  • Thanks for creating this simple yet amazing plugin.

    when I try to customize option so user only can take 1 time for quiz, it worked but after that it blocked all the browser from same pc/laptop even after I clear cache and cookies.
    I positioned myself as a user and open the quiz in incognito tab but the result still the same. I can’t open the quiz ’cause there is notification that I already take the quiz eventhough I just open the web.

    Thank you for choosing to use this plugin!

    If you set the option to limit the user to only taking the quiz 1 time, then it should block you from taking the quiz again after you take the quiz like you described. To prevent the same user going to different browsers to submit, the quiz results are linked to the computer’s IP address. So, you can only take the quiz once if that is what the limit is set to.
