Limiting the number of quizzes taken by an user

I use your plugin to create quizzes for my users. I face 2challenges:
1. They take many quizzes at a time and then do not visit for many days. I want some mechanism so that they get limited no of quizzes in a pre defined time interval (say max 2 quizzes in 24 hrs) and then an alert sent to them on their registered email I’d that you can take more quiz now….. is that possible?

2. At times I hv seen, users login, open a quiz and then refresh the page to restart the quiz before time gets over…. this way they increase the total time to attempt the quiz. Parallely they go to internet to find answers & complete the quiz. This way they extend the total time of 1st attempt and can’t be restricted by “no. Of attempts” feature of your plugin.
(The WP quiz plugin considers the attempt completion only when quiz is submitted or total time is elapsed)

Would like to know if this can be restricted by
A) quiz to be considered auto-submitted if refreshed at any time. (And then we can restrict re-attempt by user by using your no. Of attempts feature)
B) auto move forward the question if not answered within x seconds (to avoid if user is searching answer on parallel window /other device /referring any book)
