Limiting the number of log files

In the settings ‘Logs’ there is a field to limit the number of logs stored. By default it is set to 15. But I’ve noticed that my sites go well in excess of 15 logs stored on the system unless I manually delete them.

It would be excellent if it deleted the older logs and kept the number stored to the number in the setting.
