Limiting Categories

  • Is there a way to make it so that all authors except for the admin can only post to one category per post? Instead of 2 or more? Like maybe making the buttons “Radio Buttons” or whatever?

    And yet, ideally, I’d still love the ability for the admin to be able to select more than one.

  • Try the Limit Categories from the Plugins. Browse the Restriction section.

    Close, but what I’m talking about is making it so that you cannot post in multiple categories unless you’re an admin… In other words, you can only “check one box” for your category rather than all of them.

    The “Limit Category” plugin actually restricts WHICH cats people can post to, which is a little different.
