Limited to 5 images

In the Settings> Horizontal Settings
I can’t add more than 5 images. After the 5th the “add item” goes away. Also, the “Transition time(in miliseconds):” is not visible. However in the Widgets section the all those options show up. How can I embed the widget slider into a template.
