Is stated in the plugin description that 3rd level menus(or 2nd sub-menu) it’s only available in the Pro version, so I don’t understand your review since that’s something that isn’t announced has a feature of the free version hosted here in the www.remarpro.com
It’s hard for me to take a 2 star review in those terms, I work hard countless hours for free to provide this plugin that has a huge amount of features in the free version compared to other mobile menu plugins.
IF you don’t like it that’s fine, but notice that you reviewed about 4 plugins with 2 stars and 1 star. Remember that I and several other authors do it in our free time so someone can use it for free and usually charge their customers with free software developed by others.
This kind of reviews affect our rating, it’s not the end of the world but I hope you put yourself in my position and change your review.
