Limited Number of sections

    Hi

    We have your PRO version plugin and I have a problem to add more then 20 sections. On section 21 I save the survey and it’s just refreshes page and returns to it’s 20 sections as it was. How can we fix it? Thank you

    Thank you for the topic.

    Please let us know which version of the plugin you are currently using.

    The plugin itself doesn’t have any limitations.
    I want to mention, that there were similar cases, and the issue was coming from the PHP Server limitations.

    So, please get in touch with your Hosting Provider and ask them to expand the following PHP values or do it on your own via the cPanel.

    max_input_vars 20000
    time_limit 600
    max_input_time 600

    Please expand the values, check the case again and let us know about the outcome.
