    Why 2000, shouldn’t it be 37000 ?

When you click on the index button, you should see the number of documents sent incremented by 100 every few seconds. Can you confirm ?

    After 435 Documents it shows..
A total of 435 documents are currently in your index
0 documents were added or updated during the last operation.

Can you try replacing port 8983 with port 443 ?

Sometimes, non standard outbound ports (other than 8080 and 443) are blocked by hosting companies.

Looks like you could finally index your 40.000+ documents.
