• Hi there

Firstly, thanks for what looks like a fantastic plugin.

I’m having a real issue with the timeline – basically my timeline starts in 1883, and needs to run up to today… all was fine to start with, BUT… on trying to add posts from 1970 onwards, I’m seemingly unable to – if I add test items in an earlier date they go in fine and all other existing items stay too. But if I had in the next real item from 1970 onwards, nothing displays. is there some sort of restriction on the number of years or something?

I will potentially be looking to purchase a licence for this site once the client has signed off on it, but need to know that this will meet their needs.

Site is currently in development, so I can’t post a link.

    Thanks again

    John

Ok, so I’ve just changed the settings from “past events” to “all events” and for some reason this has worked, even though the more recent events are still from 1970 onwards… strange…

I can use this as a workaround in this scenario, as I don’t have a need to filter any future events out, but it might be worth you having a look into it.

    Hi,
    I have the same problem.
In my local network all dates work.
Now, when I try an old date this error appear at the list of announcements:

Warning: date() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given in ..wp-content\plugins\timeline-express\classes\class.timeline-express.php on line 632

And the date is replace by the current date at the detail.
I copy my local old date from the database to the production database and the problem continue.

(I have already selected all events)

What’s the problem? How could I fix it?
    Thanks
