limited emails per hour

    You can’t. There is no facility in Email Users to schedule or queue email delivery. The only thing you can do is manually break your messages up and send them out in batches of 100 each hour.

    This question comes up periodically, there are no plans to add this sort of feature. If you look through some of the support forum questions you’ll see some several discussions on this subject.
