    Good day,

Since being notified via email of the critical vulnerability on 15 July 2021, I have been unable to update my plugins etc in the back end of the website. They have returned an error and been unresponsive. I am unable to confirm the error message now because,

Secondly, as of yesterday I am unable to access the back end of my website from my computer. My colleague was able to access the site and I accessed it from my phone and completed the updates on my phone.

I have cleared cache, tried different browsers, tried a vpn, rebooted the computer, checked with the webhost that my computer is not blocked, and I am still unable to access the website back end on my computer only.

    I am running `Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
    Version: 10 or greater 10.0.19041.1023
System architecture: Intel CPU Family:6, Model:14, Stepping:9 with MMX, SSE Integer, SSE FP, SSE2, SSE3, SSE4.1, SSE4.2, AVX, AVX2, HyperThreading
    Physical processor count: 4
    Logical processor count: 8
    Processor speed: 2808 MHz
    Built-in memory: 16250 MB
    Free memory: 10406 MB`

    Hi @poetryinink,

Sorry for the delayed response here! Are you still running into issues with your site?

From your message, it looks like you couldn’t get the exact error. Is my understanding correct? If yes, can you please reach out to your hosting provider for assistance in checking any error logs from their end?

In addition, can you let us know the following?

    1. The version of WooCommerce you had on your site
    2. The version of WooCommerce you were updating to

We look forward to hearing back from you!
