Limitations: two-digit, space, etc

    After some complaints, I found out that there are some limitations in SKU-search:

    For example: I have a product with SKU = AB CD EF5G

    Search term: AB
    Result: nothing

    Search term: CD
    Result: nothing

    Search term: AB CD
    Result: nothing

    Search term: CD EF
    Result: nothing

    Search term: CD EF5G
    Result: nothing

    EVEN:
    Search term: AB CD EF5G (exact sku / fully)
    Result: nothing

    ONLY
    Search term: EF5 (OR) EF5G
    Result: the product listed.

    Thi? is annoying that the products I am dealtd with are not known by their title/name, they are knowh for their SKU; thus clients search full or partial sku; but get no results; although the item is available?

    I don’t know the exact reason; but I think there is a limitation or some kind of a filter for “two-character” and “space”.

    Is it possible to resolve this issue?
