Limitation not working when there is more than 1 condition set

  • Hi there, I need help!

    I’m creating a website for a restaurant that requires a min order of $60 for delivery and $0 for self-pickup.

    I created a limitation with 1 condition (Shipping method > Not Equal > Self-Pick up), this worked fine.

    Now the restaurant has a new promotion: 1 for 1 special only available for self-pickup if you order from the website. Thus I downloaded an external plugin called “advance free shipping” to allow this new product to only have a self-pickup shipping method.

    So I went back to this plugin to the same limitation and tried to add another condition to remove this new 1-1 product from the min order $60 rule but it is not working at all.

    Here are the conditions I tried:
    Product > Not Equal > [product name]
    Shipping method > Not Equal > Advance free shipping

    I tried a lot of variations on both AND and OR conditions but it still does not work. Please let me know if I need to purchase the pro version of this plugin or is it a glitch?

    Hello,

    What operator do you use between conditions AND or OR? Because it will work different.
    In your case it seems must be AND.

    I tried this condition combination:

    Shipping method > Not Equal > Self-Pick up
    AND
    Product > Not Equal > [product name]
    AND
    Shipping method > Not Equal > Advance free shipping

    My 1-1 product managed to be not included in the $60 min order which was great. However I found out that my usual products that select self-pickup shipping method had the $60 min order rule thus I tried these conditions:

    Shipping method > Not Equal > Self-Pick up
    AND
    Product > Not Equal > [product name]
    AND
    Shipping method > Not Equal > Advance free shipping

    OR

    Shipping method > Not Equal > Self-Pick up

    But it still does not work ?? Is this a glitch or do I need the premium plugin version?

    Hello,

    1. How it must work when cart has this new product and some another product?

    2. Is it change shipping method to “Advance free shipping” when this new product added to cart?

    3. Please provide screenshot of limitation edit page to check how it is setuped right now.
