• I’m using this marvelous plugin as a way to show certain photo events that took place via Woocommerce. However, I have tons of individual photo products that I don’t want to show up on the calendar; just certain products that will take them directly to the paid ways to access those individual photo products. Is there a way to limit what goes on the calendar based on category?

    Great plugin!

  • I am trying to find out the same thing.

I’d love to know that as well.

Actually, looking at a couple of other answers, try this:

    [fullcalendar category=”103″]

    or

    [fullcalendar category=”orange-county”]

where 103 is the ID or what’s in quotes is the slug. I haven’t tried other combinations but the above work.

If you go to the WP FullCalendar settings, you’ll find details on this.

As dpbraun posted above, it’s relatively simple to organize based on categories.

In addition, to better filter these, use ‘tags’ inside those categories.

This way, if you have a category called “Photos” but don’t want all photos being displayed, then you can use the option to filter based on tags. This is explained inside the Settings >> WP FullCalendar.

A shame it would seem the developer doesn’t have interest in answering all questions or maintaining a professional level of support. Especially a plugin that has such potential.
