Limit users posts

Is there such plugin anywhere to limit the amount of posts a user can make in a month?

For example:

– buying “x” package you can make 3 posts per month.
– buying “x2” package you can make 6 posts per month.
– buying “x3” package you can make 9 posts per month.

Is there any way of doing this out there that anyone knows of?
