Limit user to 1 vote

  • Does your plugin do the following:

    I need a star rating from 1 to 10 on which I will post in certain locations in a page using shortcode.

    Only allow logged in users to vote

    Limit user to 1 vote. IP or userid is used to stop multiple votes per user.

    I need to know who the winner is from all the different ones that were rated. It’s a weight loss contest and people need to vote for the best transformation.
