limit to posts featured on home page?

    Hi,

    My blog https://www.findingplenty.com has been up for about 6 weeks now, and so far there is no sign of older posts dropping off the front page. There are currently 13 posts featured there, but really I would be happy with a maximum of 8. I don’t like the idea of the page getting indefinitely longer as I’d like to make more use of the footer widget area in the future.

    Is there a way to limit the number of featured posts in the main content area on the home page please?

    Other than that, I absolutely love this theme. Thank you!

    On your websites dashboard do the following,

    settings> reading> blog pages show at most> 8> save changes.

    This will show 8 posts plus the 4 you have featured with pagination at the bottom of your home page. If this takes care of your issue please mark this thread [resolved].
