• We’ve been using your Bulk Order Plugin for some time now. While using the plugin, we have identified a bug that we believe requires attention. The bug is that the plugin allows for unlimited quantities to be added to a bulk order, which, in some cases, can lead to unintended and excessive quantities being added to an order.

To address this issue and to better control the ordering process, we kindly request that you consider adding an option to limit the quantity of items that can be added to a bulk order. This would ensure that orders adhere to specific requirements and prevent any accidental overspending.

We understand that development priorities may vary, but we hope you will consider our suggestion for a future plugin update.

Thank you for your attention to our suggestion, and we look forward to your response.

Thanks for pointing this out. I will raise this as an issue with the team.

We had fixed an issue that made the input value for items in the cart infinite.

However, we had decided not to create an option in the plugin to manage the cart item limits. This would be better done with stock management or even a cart management plugin. This is because our plugin is intended to only allow for bulk ordering products that are available for ordering in the store – so the stock management route may be better.
