Limit the number of events to display

Greetings!

Many thanks for the great calendar! Just a feature request, please.

As some previous posters have mentioned, at times the lists of the Upcoming Events can get too long on a page. Right now we have an option to set the number of days to display, thus shortening the lists. Could you please also consider the option to limit the number of events to display, where we could limit the Upcoming Events lists to, say, 3, 5, etc., regardless of when they occur? This will be super handy for the widget area.
