Limit the number of displayed posts

    Hi,
    looking at the contact page source code, show a big list of all the posts that i selected (dropdown menu), and it is slowing a little bit website if many categories are selected.
    Is there a way to limit displayed posts in the dropdown field to 10 or any other number?
