Limit the Footnote on Custom Post Types

I would like to see how I can get this plugin NOT to inject the footnotes on some Custom Post Types that display on another part of the site outside the main page query. I am using a new WP_Query to call the CPT on the page.

What should I do to prevent the footnote from displaying on those sections?
