• Hi,

I try to use the Minimum Days in Advance (2 days) and Maximum Days in Advance (14 days) options in basic setup to limit the available appointments, but the dropdown calendar doesn’t follow these setup. The calendar shows the service provider availability for all of the future dates and I can book also for today.

Please be so kind and help to solve it.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

That feature is definitely working for both the calendar and dropdown appointment formats. Are you using the latest version of the plugin? Also, if you make any changes to the settings, often you’ll have to refresh your browser window a couple times on the form page to see the updates. Also, if you have any caching plugins, they might be serving an older render of the shortcode. You can try temporarily deactivating them, refreshing the page and trying again.

    Hi,
Thank you, I tested it with the latest version (updated 6 days ago) and no cache plugin on the page. Also all of the brovsers were cleaned totally by CCleaner.

Unfortunately, if I setup the max and min day, than there are no change in the calendar, I can book every date.

    Thank you!

I’m not sure why it’s different on your end then. Are using the calendar or dropdown style for the booking form? I just tested again with the calendar style and it’s working. Try putting 0 for the minimum and keeping 14 for the maximum. Does it stop showing slots on the calendar 14 days from now?

    Hi,

I use dropdoen, tested again, no change, I see the full calendar (datepicker) and I can book also for the 2019 year.

However I have to shows free appointments anly for the next two weeks.

Thank you very much for the quick answer, I really appreciate it!

In that case, there’s probably some kind of conflict with something else in your install. If your settings are correct and it’s just not being applied, something is wrong. The easiest way to try and figure it out would be if you had a URL that we could see this behaviour at. If you can’t provide us with a link, then it might be hard to track down the issue. When you’re on your appointment booking page, do any errors show in the developer console?
