Hi there ! Hope you guys are doing great.

I made a form, who creates events on a google calendar via uncanny automator, that allow user to select an appointement date and time. I would like to limit the appointement slot, so there can be more than two customer at the same.

    Any ideas ?

    Thanks !

    Hi @anthonyflibustiers

    I hope you’re well today!

I’m not quite sure if I correctly understand the goal so let’s first make sure that we are on the same side here:

    1. You titled this topic as “Limit submission per days/hour”

This suggests that it should not be possible to make more than X submissions of the entire form during the day and/or hour.

    2. You then mentioned limiting “appointment slot”

That suggests more of some sort of datepicker/calendar limitation.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to see the form in question as the page that you shared is not opening for me – I’m always getting either “502 gateway error” or just a timeout. So not knowing the form I’m not quite sure which one of those options is it.

Could you explain it a bit more? An example “case scenario” would be helpful.

It would also be great if you could check the page to make sure it’s working and loading so we could take a look at the form.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hello !

    Thanks for your answer.

It’s strange that you can’t reach the page as it works fine for me. Where are you located ?

The goal is to limit the number of appointment available for a specific time/day, so I guess the second option. For example there can be only two submission if I choose the 13/06 at 10h00.

If you still can access the site there an export of the form here : https://pastebin.com/F257qQ5q

    Thanks !

    Hi @anthonyflibustiers,

    Thank you for further clarification.

The form is now loading fine. It seems there was a temporary glitch at the hosting end when we checked the URL previously.

Unfortunately, an out-of-the-box solution is not available for this. I am checking with our developers to see if a quick workaround can be provided, and we will update you here as soon as we have feedback.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John

    Hi @anthonyflibustiers,

Unfortunately, we don’t have any pre-made code for this at the moment.

As it requires complex coding which takes time and falls outside the scope of our help.

If you’re not a developer, please consider hiring one to create the necessary solution.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John
