Say I have 4 forms and one of the is submitted by a user, can I limit this user from submitting to the other three?

Either free or premium, don’t really care.

    Hi Kostas,

Thank you for writing to us.

Unfortunately, right now there’s no method to fully automate what you wish to do.

We have different types of dynamic form access filters, including Custom Status and Roles. Statuses presently work on inclusion filter – which means it is possible to make someone submit a form only if he/ she has already submit another specific one, but does not works the other way round. Since the framework is already there, an upgraded code can take care of your scenario. This is something we look forward to adding in a future release.

There are some workaround but that will be too much manual work, and honestly beat the purpose. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Great thanks, I suppose there is no way to limit how many times a certain “choice” on a multi-choice field may be selected (e.g. Radio Buttons, Checkboxes, Drop Downs, etc), right?

    Hi,

Currently we do not have the feature to limit how many times a certain choice can be selected. But we feel this an important feature and forwarded it to the planning team for review and possible inclusion in the future.

    Your feedback is highly appreciated.
