• This is an excellent plugin to replace the ‘Microkid’s related posts’ plugin that no longer works properly. I am using it on a site that has over 500 pages, not posts. There is one thing I am struggling with and that is adding relations. I know which page needs to be linked to but when I type the page title in the ‘Add relation’ search box, usually 15 suggestions pop up which do not include the page I am looking for. Is there any way in which the search can be limited to just searching post or page titles?

    Hi there,

On the Settings > Custom Related Posts page you can change the post types you want to enable the plugin for.

It’s also possible to change the number of search results there. We basically just use the default WordPress search, so I can’t really alter the search algorithm.

    Kind regards,

Thanks for the feedback! The plugin I used previously solved this by having two check boxes next to the search window, allowing you to search titles, body or both. Maybe you can add this as well? The ability to quickly locate the post or page you want to refer to is essential in a plugin that focuses on manual linking. Changing the number of search results does not solve this, now I just get 25 irrelevant suggestions instead of 15.

I’ll add it to our idea list!
