Limit RSVP/Event to committee

Just installed the plugin, testing it out, likely going to put into production with the Automatic Event RSVP and Reminder Emails Extension at the very least. We have meetings 4 times a year for the entire board, but there is a sub committee(s) that will meet separately and on different dates. How can I limit the event date to a particular committee?
