Limit Product Search (In Backend / Admin) to titles Only

Hi,
I’ve been searching high and low for a way to limit the product search in the back end to titles only. We have 12k+ products and when we run a search for something like “Cue The Magic” it does not return what we are looking for without digging through pages of results because of the descriptions. How can we search by title only…or prioritize results with a heavy match in title first?
We tried this already with no luck:
