Limit product availability by region

I have a product that I want to only sell to a limited region of people. The product is for a very specific group that live in one particular area, I do have a list of zip codes.

Is there a plugin that can make this available via region using something like maxmind’s geolocation database, preferably just a notice on the product page saying something to the effect of “This product is not available to your area” and graying out Add to cart options.

It would also be acceptable to require a customer to input their zip code to determine eligibility for adding to cart.
