Limit post title character count in widget

It would be nice if you could add an option to limit the character count for the post title in widgets.
Also, I’d like to see an option for the widget to show the just the rating, example, if the rating average is 3.5, then it should just show “3.5” instead of “3.5/5”. Same for the post page too, I just want it to show just the actual rating and now X/X.
