limit pdf to pages pending review

    Hi, is it possible to set things so that the ‘create pdf’ button only shows up on pages pending review? Failing that, so that it is only visible to the administrator? We’re a small literary magazine, and only want to be able to create pdfs of pages for our proof readers, not the general public.
